Conservatory Apartments is 43 units of permanent supportive housing. The development is located at 414 Central Park Blvd in the Humboldt Park neighborhood neighborhood of Chicago. This 4-story redevelopment completed construction in 2024 and offers 41 studio apartments. All apartments are accessible with the addition of an elevator that provides access to all four floors.

The development targets formerly homeless individuals. Onsite social services are being provided by Deborah’s Place and Trilogy, two nonprofit organizations with a mission to serve persons with special needs.
